We currently collect and process the following information:

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To make an enquiry of our services

• Query our availability for training and consultancy 

• To find out more information about how and when we operate 

• Provide feedback on a course 
   

We collect your personal information for the purpose of providing a service. We collect this from the online forms (completed by you, or on your behalf) or via email or telephone. 

Your information is collected in order to make contact with you to engage in our services. 
 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting DPO@dskl8.co.uk

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We only store information for as long as it is required, where appropriate, we delete any information that is no longer in use or where contractual obligations are terminated. 
We keep names and email addresses, for as long as required to contact you about the services we provide. We retain the names of participant on our course for the purpose of providing certificates of attendance amongst other reason for example to report to managers.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
